"Little Lambs Of Hope"

Dear  Friends and Family,        

  Thank you sponsoring our “Little Lambs Of Hope”, Relay For Life teams. With your support of our bake sale ,carnations sales for Mothers Day, a raffle and your cash donations, we were able to raise over $2,200 dollars!  Our team was awarded with the ‘ Most Team Spirit ’ trophy thanks to your help and encouragement.  Your gifts will go to the American Cancer Society and will help fund research for new drugs and treatments for cancer patients. I reached the goals that I set for myself and as a team. I personally raised $824.00, and this year there were 4 other kids who raised over $200.00. We all had a great time !

  We learned a lot through this fund raiser, but most importantly, that we can make a difference when we all work together. While at the Relay we saw many people who survived cancer, and many who are currently undergoing treatments. We learned that  almost everyone knows someone who has cancer, has survived cancer, or has died from this disease.

  This year we started a service project, making bandanas for kids who have lost their hair to cancer. We made 50 different bandanas and delivered them to the Hospital and got a tour of the clinic.
