In March 2003 a friend lost her Aunt to cancer.  We saw this as our opportunity to put together a fundraiser with the help of our Pastor at our Church, Immanuel Lutheran.  We came up with the idea of "Relay for Life".  Pastor Heather Ploen thought our proposal was worth pursuing, so with only two months to get things together, we started our project!!
